Mark your calendars for another highly anticipated PlayStation exclusive. Detroit: Become Human has gone gold and frosting on this delicious cake, a demo is set to be released tomorrow, Tuesday April 24th.
If you are clueless to the term gone gold, it is when all the development for a game is done, a master copy is made, and everything is set to begin mass production. It is truly an exciting moment. After all the hard work and time put in, a fully finalized product has been created.

In a PlayStation Blog post, Guillaume de Fondaumière, Co-CEO & Executive Producer, Quantic Dream, shared his appreciation to the team and their hard four years of work dedicated to bringing Detroit: Become Human to life. He also expressed the gratitude from the fans with their letters and emails of inspiration.
Another surprise along side the demo is the extended Alexa Skill! Also named “CyberLife,” the Alexa Skill will provide you guidance and additional intel about this near future android filled world. It will help you in making those decisions to assist you through the investigation. All of this could result in a different ending outcome.

With the CyberLife Skill, you’ll be able to learn more about the world of Detroit: Become Human:
- Tell Me About – Get more details as you examine every piece of the crime scene.
Try saying: “Alexa, ask CyberLife to tell me about the fish?”
- What’s Their Story? – Uncover the truth behind any character you find within the demo.
Try saying: “Alexa, ask CyberLife to tell me about the Phillips Family?”
- Alter the Course of History – Using the Flowchart at the end of the demo, use the skill to discover alternate endings.
Try saying: “Alexa, ask CyberLife why Connor failed to reach Daniel in time?”To get started, all you need is the following:
1. Download the Detroit: Become Human Demo from the PS Store on PS4
2. Have access to any enabled Amazon Alexa Device
3. Download the Detroit: Become Human CyberLife Skill by saying “Alexa, enable CyberLife” or by doing a search for Cyberlife with your Amazon Alexa app (requires Alexa app and Wi-Fi internet connection).
Detroit: Become Human is set for release on the PlayStation 4 on May 25th, but ofcouse the more immediate special news is the release of the demo of one of the stages of Detroit: Become Human. That stage is the famous rooftop stage which involves a hostage situation and where you as the player plays as Connor, an android sent in to assist with the situation. As the player, you choices and actions can create one of many outcomes. This idea of choices, decisions, and consequences is the driving factor of Detroit: Become Human. This is also a major selling point for us.
